I’m pretty sure, you familiar with the term of  positive mindset

So I will suggest to you, the secrets I am revealing with you to be more productive will not work out if you don’t have a positive mindset.  

So building a habit is important to be productive and grow at a pace.

2# Turn Off All Notifications Across Your Device

 

We use desktop versions of all sorts of messenger like Whatsapp, Skype, Cliq, and Facebook messenger for our professional and personal purposes. 

If we are trying to stay focused on our work, a single notification or email can break our concentration. 

At that moment we have nothing to do. 

We have to try to concentrate once again and that is very difficult for us to reconnect with work.

There are manual and automatic processes through which you can control your device according to your need. 


3# Stay Away From Your Mobile

 

The most destruction happened due to this mobile device. 

What will happen when you are trying to focus on your work and suddenly your phone is ringing? 

Then your mood will completely destroy and sometimes you might lose your temper.     

So try to keep your mobile in silence or vibrate mode.

You may keep the phone in the locker or cabinet or even you can keep it in the next room. 

As like a PC you can turn off all the notifications on your mobile. 

You can switch it on after a while whenever you need to check the notification. 

Another best solution to avoid social media destruction is to turn off mobile data and wifi connection from your mobile settings. 

It will minimize the destruction of your social media and messenger.

Whenever you are free and check the notifications, you can reconnect with just one click.  


4# Pomodoro Techniques

 

Pomodoro technique is the most powerful and effective tool to be more productive that I have experienced so far. 

Personally, I do suggest and recommend this technique to my surroundings (family, friends, colleagues) to apply their daily activities. 

There are 6 simple steps you have to follow repeatedly. 

    • Step# 1: Prepare Your To-Do List
    • Step# 2: Choose The Task
    • Step# 3: Set A Timer For 25 Minutes
    • Step# 4: Work On The Task Until Timer Beeps
    • Step# 5: Take A Short Break Of 3-5 Minutes
    • Step# 6: Repeat The Cycle 4 Times
    • Step# 7: Take A Longer Break After 4 Sessions

There are few important tips to implement this method effectively.

  1. Choose the task from the To-Do List according to priority list
  2. Do not skip the breaks
  3. Try to avoid all sorts of destruction
  4. Don’t try to switch different tasks under one Pomodoro cycle
  5. Keep your break short 
  6. Keep practicing this technique.    


5# Finding The Most Productive Time Of The Day

 

Many factors are included to find out the productive time. Basically, it depends on person to person and might vary on the business type, role and position.  

Corporate professionals like bankers feel energized and productive in the morning. Though it is difficult to concentrate on work due to noise and hassle. But they have to accomplish it within the daylight.    

You may find some artists around you. They prefer nights for their creative activities. It might be creative writing, painters or artists. Because at that time they feel comfortable concentrating on their work with peace. 

Students might prefer early morning to finish their studies after having a fresh breath. Some people start their work in the afternoon or evening.

As we all are staying at home it is natural to destruct by the family members  

Sometimes family members, especially kids, could not understand the situation or realize the fact.

It is important to create a sign or code for the family members.

Here I want to share a few tips that you can implement. 

  • It is better to select a private corner of your house. It might be your bedroom or living room.  
  • You can organize and decorate according to your requirements.
  • Space must be quiet and hassle-free.
  • Space should have enough space to pass the light and air. 
  • The place must be comfortable for you.

At the beginning, it will be very difficult for you to adapt and cope with the habit.
